There are two types of appointments, which can be found in your profile under "Create appointment":

1. You create a one-time appointment for a specific patient in his or her presence or, for example, upon request by telephone in the practice. You can send this appointment to the patient by e-mail.

2. You create appointments that can be booked online by patients using video consultation times. In this way you enable your patients to book appointments for the video consultation directly via your profile and/or your website.
