How is the data protection guaranteed?
The data transfer
during the video consultation is secured by a complex TSL encryption, which
meets the highest security standards. Neither the conversation nor the sent
files are recorded or stored. The entire communication between doctor and
patient is not visible to the technical service provider of the video
consultation. The video consultation hour is tap-proof, because a direct peer-to-peer
connection between doctor and patient is established. This does not run
therefore over the detour of an external server, where data could be
intercepted. All medical data is provided voluntarily and independently by the
patient. These are encrypted several times, similar to online banking.
