How do I update my browser?

 If you do not have the latest browser version installed or have turned off the automatic updates, you can find instructions for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari here. Only with a current browser version we can guarantee a smooth video consultation.


Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three horizontal dots in the upper right corner of the browser
  2. Click on “Help”
  3. Then click “About Chrome”
  4. Afterwards the search for an update will start automatically
Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the apple-symbol in the top left corner and chose “System preferences”
  2. Click on “Software Update”
  3. If your browser is not up to date, wait until the update is downloaded and then click on “Update Now” in the upper right corner
