How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot password” on the login page. Enter the e-mail address with which you are logging in. You will then receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation link.

Note: Please also check your SPAM folder if necessary.

After you click on the link in the e-mail, you will be given the opportunity to change your password. Your new password should contain upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and special characters.
