As soon as you have an account for the video consultation, it is important to get familiar with its use. For this purpose, we have created step-by-step instructions for you. You will find them in the lower right corner after logging in.

Before your first video consultation, make test appointments with friends or acquaintances. This is the best way to get used to using the video consultation.
