How can I log in to the video consultation as a patient?

As a patient you have received the appointment TAN from your doctor by e-mail. In the e-mail you will find a link that will take you directly to the login. Click on this link and enter the TAN. Accept the terms and conditions and the data protection declaration. You will then have to go through a device test to check the functionality of your camera, microphone and speakers. Once the device test is completed, you will be in the digital waiting room. Your doctor will start the video consultation.
